Spinnaker activity onboard a catamaran sailing in Cancun and Isla Mujeres with Cancun Sailing Catamarans.
Spinnaker is a sail designed specifically for sailing off the wind from a reaching course to a downwind. This activity consists of swinging at the front of the catamaran and then jump into the ocean. You can do this activity in a private catamaran or on a daily tour.
Spinnaker is subject to weather conditions. It can be dangerous if the wind is too strong. On the other hand, if there is no wind, the spinnaker can't elevate the people over the sea. For safety reasons, we only do this activity when the wind is on point.
